Hostal Meury

Hostal Meury is located in a residential neighborhood of the city of Santa Clara called “Sandino”. You can actually feel the presence of the baseball stadium of the same name where the flagship team of the province Villa Clara is playing. We are also very close to important places of interest such as the monument of Pope John Paul II, the immigration office and Loma del Capiro, from where you can enjoy an incredible sunset with panoramic views of the city. Furthermore we are just 10 minutes from the Mausoleum of Che Guevara and 5 minutes from the monument to the Armored Train and Leoncio Vidal Park.

In our house we offer the tranquility you need while you are surrounded by the familiar environment typical for a Cuban family. Our house is a modern construction from the 90’s with a large living room, kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a personal bed while the other bedroom just has 1 double bed. We also have an outdoor patio and a garage in case you are travelling by car.
In total our house can accommodate 5 people. Each room guarantees your comfort with conditions or facilities like air conditioning, fans, natural ventilation, hot and cold water, 110/220v current, towels, toilet paper, soap and a lot more. We offer delicious breakfasts and exquisite dinners, combining the most authentic traditional Cuban food with international food to indule your tastes and preferences. To make your stay perfect we have at your disposal the most distinguished drinks and Cuban cocktails which you can taste in the company of your hosts.

Meury is the common name for Maria Elena: I am a doctor in veterinary medicine, a specialist in poultry and a member of the World Poultry Association. I am also a lawyer and together with my two children we will make you feel at home in our house. We are prepared to serve and help with everything you need if it’s planning your trip and finding accommodations in other cities of the country or helping you to discover the main historical sites and points of interest of the beautiful city of Santa Clara.
