CASA COLONIAL HOSTAL CASA RICHARD

Colonial house built in 1910 and newly remodeled in 2011 keeping its original inside structure and facade. It is located in the city of Remedios away from traffic of pedestrians zone and just 20 m from the historical center, the history museum and only 50 m from town center where you can enjoy its museums and recreation centers, just 45 m from the beaches Santa María, Las Brujas and Perla Blanca located in the Northern coast.

We offer two very comfortable and private rooms for rental, the first with capacity for 4 people and the second for up to 3 adults and 1 child, suited with air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, private bathroom with hairdryer, hot water 24 hours, 110 and 220 V. These rooms are located in front of the terrace and have large windows overlooking the garden in a natural and peaceful environment where our guests can take breakfast and dinner. Furthermore, we offer laundry service, taxi, parking, dance classes, language classes upon request, and the good Cuban mojito cocktail and others from the bar cannot be missed!

Room rates are between 20 and 25 CUC only for 1 or 2 adults with children, depending on the tourist season. For more people per room a supplement of 5 CUC per person applies. The dinner cost 8-12 cuc and breakfasts 4 cuc, according to your taste and budget. The main courses served at our home are mainly seafood as we happen to be very close to the Cuba’s Northern coast, with beautiful beaches.

If more rooms are required there are 2 additional rooms available for up to 7 people in my mother’s house, just 50 m away with a beautiful courtyard and terrace. The room is very comfortable with living room, refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot water 24 hours, a window to the terrace, 110 and 220 V.
